Everything you need to know about how earnings are calculated, requested, and processed.

Your available earnings are calculated dynamically. It sums your instructor share from all successfully paid orders, and subtracts any payouts you've already requested (pending, processing, or completed). Rejected payouts are automatically returned to your available balance.

When you submit a request, it enters Pending state. An administrator will review it and move it to Processing while the funds are being transferred. Once confirmed, the status changes to Completed and a processing timestamp is recorded.

If your payout is rejected, the requested amount is immediately restored to your available balance. The administrator will leave an Admin Note explaining the reason, visible in your payout dashboard.

No. The system strictly validates your request against your currently available earned balance. You cannot request more than your cleared payments minus active or completed payout requests.
